Studio Policies

GENERAL POLICY
Dr. Core Studio De Pilates operates with transparency, professionalism, and a client-focused approach. All of our policies are designed to ensure a fair, respectful, and safe experience for everyone.
Participation in our classes implies acceptance of all of these general conditions.

PURCHASE POLICY

  • All purchases (single classes, packages, memberships) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are accepted online through a secure platform.

  • All purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the person who made the booking.

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued, except in the event of class cancellation by the studio or a confirmed billing error.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel or reschedule a class free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • For any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or for unjustified absences, the class will automatically be deducted from your package.

UNJUSTIFIED ABSENCES

  • First no-show without notice: a warning will be issued.

  • Second no-show: one class will be charged.

LATE POLICY

  • If you arrive late, you may still join the class, but you risk missing the warm-up.

  • The studio and instructors are not responsible for any injuries resulting from a missed warm-up.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By participating in classes at Dr. Core Studio De Pilates, you acknowledge that:

  • You are in good physical health and fit to practise Pilates.

  • You accept full responsibility for your well-being during and after the classes.

  • You release Dr. Core Studio De Pilates, its instructors, employees, and representatives from all liability in case of injury.

All clients must sign the waiver before attending their first class.

STUDIO TERMS OF USE
By attending classes, you agree to:
• Respect the space, the instructors, and other clients
• Refrain from using your mobile phone during sessions
• Follow hygiene standards and wear clean socks
• Inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions before the class begins


The studio reserves the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with these conditions.
